To purchase an online psychic chat or email reading, please click on their respective pages on the navigation menu on the right. If you placed an order for a psychic chat reading, Hannah will contact you within 48 hours via email to set up an appointment time. Please make sure to check your spam or bulk folder to make sure that her email did not get filtered into that folder. The online psychic chat reading will take place via AOL, Yahoo, Skype or Yahoo instant messenger program. If you've placed an order for an email reading, please contact Hannah with your questions. Email readings are usually completed within 3-7 days from receipt of purchase, unless otherwise notified.

Hannah is available for online chat readings between 4 pm EST to 1 am EST, Monday through Saturday. Reading appointments between 9 am to 2 pm EST are available for an additional fee.

Please note that pre-payment is required to secure an appointment time slot.
In order to make sure that your preferred time slot can be fulfilled, the requested appointment must be pre-paid at least three days in advance of when you'd like to book it. Thank you! 

Readings within those hours will be subject to an additional fee. Please send Hannah an email at hannah@psychichannah.com for the cost and to check on her availability for the particular day and time you'd like the session for. You can also use the Appointment request module through the Contact page. 

When you schedule a reading appointment, that time is set aside especially for you. Because of that, Hannah does require a minimum of 8 hours notice prior to the date of your appointment to reschedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email her at appointment@psychichannah.com to make arrangements.

If you miss your appointment time without proper notification, you will not receive a refund. It's only fair as her time is considered just as valuable as yours and could be used to serve other clients who are in great need of her guidance and counseling.

Giving her at least 8 hours notice allows Hannah to schedule other clients that are waiting for the next available appointment. Thank you for your consideration.

We accept PayPal as our payment processor on our website, as they accept all credit cards, e-checks and debit cards. Hannah's email address for PayPal payments is orders@psychichannah.com

We also accept alternate forms of payment, such as Google checkout. If you'd like to make a payment using Google checkout, please send us a message through the Contact form and we'll be happy to send you an invoice for your service.

Because a session may combine numerology, energy healing, divination cards and astrology, she will require the full birthnames, birthdates, and physical descriptions of yourself, as well as those you are asking about in the session, along with your questions.
